We are seeking dedicated Specialty Pharmacy Reimbursement Specialist to join our client's team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about improving patient access to medications while ensuring smooth insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities: - Gather and assess patient insurance information from various payers in accordance with established protocols.
- Deliver outstanding support to internal team members, promptly addressing inquiries and issues.
- Maintain regular communication with assigned payers to facilitate timely investigations.
- Identify and report any reimbursement trends or delays to management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments as needed.
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to benefit investigations.

Work Hours: - Start Dates will be the 1st week of December 2025 and candidates must be able to commit to the entire assignment from December through February without extended time off or vacation.
- Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
- After January 1st: Monday to Friday, with typical shifts being 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 12-8pm or 11-7pm. Candidates must be available to work any shift Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in specialty pharmacy, healthcare insurance, or similar industry
- Experience working in a multi-hub environment or as part of an Annual Reverfication Project is ideal
- Experience with Medicare and Medicaid and Co-pay assistance programs
- Call Center inbound and outbound experience
- Proven ability to work from home and excel in a remote environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
