** The hours of this position are from 6:30am- 2:30pm**

Job Purpose

To fulfill the sanitation needs of the following positions: Office, breakroom and restroom cleaning. Production and warehouse cleaning and sweeping. Trash collection. Dish washing. General cleaning needs of the factory.

Training is not necessarily needed, and position-fill can learn quickly.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Good, reliable attendance
• Safe work habits for self and working around others
• Must follow any/all company policies
• Must adhere to all GMPs and Food Safety requirements, current and future
• Must follow Supervisor direction on areas to work and tasks required
• Always treat co-workers with dignity and respect

Qualifications

• Good personal hygiene at all times
• Be able to follow instructions from Supervisor
• Be alert and aware of one's surroundings
• Be able to pay attention to detail as required (cleanliness)

Working Conditions

• Must be able to work any/all shifts as directed
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary, including Holidays and/or weekends
• Standing/walking for long period of time
• Must be an avid Safety Champion and adhere to all safety programs and procedures

Physical Requirements

• A non-slip resistant work shoe
• Must be able to work all shifts as directed.
• Pre-shift stretch and exercises to be performed
• Hair restraint, beard net (if needed), and Safety gloves as needed
• All required PPEs are worn properly when working with equipment or chemicals that require personal protection
• Position requires the ability to: stand, sit at a desk, walking around the facility, lifting and carrying up t0 50-LBS unassisted, reaching, kneeling, crawling, and twisting
• Also requires the ability to: see, hear, and communicate with associates as well as others by utilizing professional etiquette
