This role provides incredible service by working to promote and sell items by sharing extensive knowledge about our menu and beverage offerings; they take and deliver orders, practicing suggestive selling techniques to assist guests in choosing the perfect items during their visit. They also assist in supporting restaurant operations by demonstrating true hospitality through exceptional people skills, food & beverage knowledge and service techniques.

What Will I Do?

• Create a positive and energetic atmosphere while serving guests in a courteous, attentive and efficient manner; Build rapport with guests and ensure an incredible service and experience
• Prepare food and beverage offerings to order and collecting payment
• Educate guests on menu items to create interest and enthusiasm
• Prepare the dining and bar areas for service with exceptional attention to detail
• Learn about special events and general restaurant operations to provide support and perform additional tasks as needed

Required Experience:

• Catering customer service experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry or equivalent experience
• Enthusiasm for and knowledge of relevant products and services

Preferred Experience:

• Experience as a server/cocktail server in a high standard, fresh concept restaurant/hotel management
• Experience as a Bartender or server in a fast casual restaurant
