We are a well-established, physician-led Ambulatory Surgery Center and Pain Management Clinic located in beautiful Pinellas County, Florida. Our center is dedicated to providing comprehensive interventional pain management services with a focus on compassionate patient care, safety, and innovative treatment options.

Position Highlights

• Full-time position
• 100% outpatient setting – no hospital call
• Multidisciplinary support staff including PAs/NPs, nurses, and imaging techs

• Candidate Requirements and Responsibilities:
• Board certified or board eligible in Pain Medicine (via Anesthesiology, PM&R, or Neurology)
• Active or eligible for Florida medical license
• Skilled in interventional procedures (epidurals, RF ablation, spinal cord stimulation, joint injections, etc.)
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first approach
• Specializes in Interventional Pain Management/Orthopedic
• Examines patients to determine discomfort level and cause of pain.
• Recommends tests to determine extent of pain, help diagnose condition, or manage pain.
• Provides relief from acute or chronic pain through the use of medications, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, or other therapies.
• Requires a degree in medicine from an accredited school and is licensed to practice in Florida, board certified a plus.
• Reports to the Medical Director.
• 5+ Years of experience in Pain Management and/or Orthopedics
• Other Certifications and/or licensing in the fields.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provides excellent customer service to his/her team, patients, and public
• Maintains an organized and clean work area
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned by Medical Director
• Attends all meetings required by Medical Director/Administrator
• Participates in monthly meetings
• Consults supervising providers as needed for client care

• High level verbal and written communication skills
• Above average ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High tolerance to stressful situations

Occupational Exposure:

• High risk exposure to bloodborne pathogens and chemical hazards

Additional Job Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong computer proficiency
• Ability to plan ahead, organize and manage multiple priorities
• Prior experience is a must
