The right candidate will need to be PASSIONATE about delivering an exceptional delivery experience to customers, have a strong work ethic, be reliable, work efficiently, and be consistently on time. Responsibilities Deliver customers' product in the South Florida area Qualifications Proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States USDOT Medical Card required prior to start of employment (CDL license not required) Must provide 3 years of previous employment Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to speak English Submit to: MVR for the past 5 years Criminal background screen for past 7 years (national & local) 9-panel drug screen Ability to operate scanning device Previous box truck delivery experience is a plus Position Details CDL license not required 16' box truck USDOT Medical Card required prior to start of employment Employee-based position Compensation Work week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays Average shift: 8–10 hours, varies based on customer needs Fixed schedule Starting pay rate: $16.00 per hour Overtime paid: over 40 hours per week* Paid orientation training Benefits Paid rest breaks Medical + Vision (through Medical Program) + Dental (discounted program) Paid time off (PTO) 401K available Direct deposit #J-18808-Ljbffr Fusion Logistics
