Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Provide detailed information about cannabis products, including strains, consumption methods, and potential effects.
- Assess patient needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences and health goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system while adhering to all compliance regulations.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and state regulations to provide the best service possible.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Salary

$16 - $18 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be 21 years or older.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately process transactions and maintain records.
- Basic knowledge of cannabis products and their effects or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Knowledge of local and state cannabis regulations.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in helping patients.
