• Follow the project managers instructions and company Trustpoints

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and van clean up daily

• Communicate progress to the project manager each day

• Work efficiently while maintaining top-quality standards

• Cabinet demo, installation, and refacing

• Installing crown molding with tight seams

• Apply cabinet veneer

• Drill for hinges, install doors, drawer fronts, and roll-out trays

• Assemble cabinets and deliver materials to job sites

• Receive and organize materials in the warehouse

• Safely operate power tools (table saw, band saw, routers, planers, nail guns, etc.)

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Able to follow directions precisely without deviation

• Professional, friendly customer interaction

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Physically capable of performing job duties

• Must pass a criminal background check
