Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a positive attitude and take accurate food and drink orders.
Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments responsibly using our POS system.
Keep the counter and front area clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth service.
Assist with to-go orders and answer customer questions about menu items or specials.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements:
Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required).
Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
Must be reliable and able to work scheduled shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Must be 18 years or older.
