Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Communications Program Manager – Ethics and Compliance to join their team! This position is located in Bellevue, Washington.

Duties:

• Support development and distribution of internal communications and awareness campaigns that promote ethical behavior and reinforce key compliance topics such as: data privacy, anti-bribery and conflicts of interest
• Partner with Legal, HR, Corporate Communications, and Learning & Development to align messaging and ensure consistent delivery of training and policy updates across platforms and audiences
• Collaborate with internal communications and branding teams to ensure ethics and compliance messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging
• Support ongoing compliance awareness by helping to identify training needs, coordinate subject matter expert input, and manage content updates
• Maintain project plans, documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability
• Contribute to the development and refresh of onboarding content to ensure new employees understand core compliance expectations from day one

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Experience partnering with Legal, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, and Learning & Development teams to align messaging and ensure consistent delivery of training and policy updates
• Strong collaboration skills with internal communications and branding teams to create clear, consistent, and engaging ethics and compliance messaging
• Capability to support ongoing compliance awareness by identifying training needs, coordinating subject matter expert input, and managing content updates
• Proven ability to maintain project plans, documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability
• Experience contributing to the development and refresh of onboarding content to help new employees understand core compliance expectations from day one

The approximate pay range for this position is between $38.99 and $55.70 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
