Job Description
The Construction Manager oversees and coordinates all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final completion. This role ensures that work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with design specifications and quality standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Review project drawings, contracts, and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate project teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Monitor daily progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and present regular project reports, cost estimates, and progress updates.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to all OSHA and company safety regulations.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and permits as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience in construction management or a similar leadership role.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD).
Full-time position, typically on-site at construction projects.
May require travel between multiple job sites.
Must adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
