We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and construction of high end residential projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee all field and on-site construction of projects
• Chair and administer weekly superintendent meetings
• Track all project costs, schedules, personnel, subcontractors
• Meet with owners, architects and building officials to resolve project problems
• Review, monitor and document project changes
• Review ongoing project quality control and safety procedures
• Manage information flow from estimating to installation
• Manage opening and closing of all permits, including ROW
• Administer project start-up and close-out procedures
• Report field status of projects at weekly company status meetings.
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience (+10 years) in construction management or other related fields
• Familiarity with construction management software (PROCORE, MS Project)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Self motivated and driven
