Duties/Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and attend seminars webinars and client events in and around Fort Worth
Manage event logistics including registration confirmations and post-event follow-up
Introduce speakers engage attendees and create a welcoming atmosphere
Capture event photos and videos for social media and marketing content
Promote events online post ads and track engagement results
Maintain CRM records event data and track performance metrics weekly
Collaborate with the events and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
Job Requirements
3 years of experience in event planning hospitality or marketing
Excellent communication interpersonal and public speaking skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure
Outgoing and client-focused demeanor with professional presentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Suite CRM software and social media platforms/channels
Availability for evening and occasional weekend events
Schedule: Part-time Tuesdays & Thursdays 4-9 PM Fridays 11-5 PM 2 weekends per year
