We are seeking an HR Assistant to provide hands-on support across key areas of human resources. This role will serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate HR processes, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

• 
  Benefits Administration - Enroll new hires in medical/ancillary benefits, process updates, and assist employees with questions.
• 
  Timekeeping Support - Partner with managers on timecard approvals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate payroll inputs.
• 
  Leave Management - Administer FMLA and other leave programs, including intake, tracking, documentation, and employee communication.
• 
  Onboarding & HRIS - Manage new-hire paperwork, I-9/E-Verify, HRIS data entry, and personnel file maintenance.
• 
  Compliance & Records - Maintain confidential records, support audits, and uphold policy and legal requirements.
• 
  Employee Support - Serve as a resource for day-to-day HR questions, escalating issues when necessary.

• 
  1-3 years of HR or related administrative experience preferred.
• 
  Working knowledge of benefits, payroll, or HRIS systems is a plus.
• 
  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• 
  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• 
  On-site schedule (8am-5pm).
• 
  Open to both full-time or part-time candidates.
• 
  Competitive pay range: $40,000 - $50,000 .
•
