What You'll Do: Scale human resources operations and talent strategies for sustainable technology expansion across the US market from our Bali headquarters, combining American entrepreneurial energy and results-driven culture with global HR best practices to create dynamic career opportunities in waste-to-energy and biomass gasification. You'll develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for US-based engineering, business development, and operations professionals interested in sustainable technology careers, create employer branding campaigns that resonate with American values of innovation, entrepreneurship, and environmental leadership, and establish recruitment processes that attract top US talent to international sustainable technology projects. Your responsibilities include designing onboarding and integration programs for US professionals joining global teams, creating performance management systems that align with American results-oriented workplace culture, and developing professional development frameworks that support US career advancement expectations and entrepreneurial aspirations. You'll also establish compensation and benefits strategies that compete effectively in US talent markets while supporting international mobility and remote work flexibility, develop employee engagement programs that reflect American values of innovation and individual achievement, and create retention strategies for US talent in global clean technology environments.
