Junior Program Analyst

Position Overview:Are you ready for an exciting career opportunity with EnProVera Corporation? We are actively seeking Junior Program Analysts to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) at the cutting-edge Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division in Clarksburg, WV. As a Jr. Program Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the timely determination of a person's eligibility to possess firearms or explosives in accordance with federal law. Join us in a fast-paced, dynamic environment at the forefront of criminal justice technology. Basic Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy of all processing and research in accordance with federally published guidelines.
• Conduct research on explosives permit checks and analyze information for validity.
• Research and analyze criminal backgrounds as part of Firearm Transactions, Explosives Permits, and other various background checks.
• Report any point-of-contact changes to the appropriate personnel.
• Communicate with law enforcement agencies via fax, e-mail, or phone and document communications.
• Evaluate existing procedures and provide recommended actions or solutions.
• Complete necessary document clean-up of existing records to update and/or purge documentation as needed.

• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail, oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Chrome.
• Active Security Clearance - Secret.
• Ability to work multiple shifts including nights, weekends, and all holidays except Christmas.
