The ideal candidate will have experience working with non-verbal individuals, familiarity with seizure management, and comfort providing mobility assistance (e.g., wheelchair support). Additional responsibilities include monitoring for aspiration risk post-meals, managing inhaler use, assisting with toileting needs, and delivering continuous care in a school setting. Strong clinical judgment, patience, and the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team are essential.
