Job Description

An American Red Cross Office Manager is essential in delivering the mission of the Red Cross, which is to mobilize volunteers and serve the community. The American Red Cross has multiple offices stationed throughout the United States, but in order to maintain efficiency and order, we need you!

Help Local Red Cross Offices by becoming an Office Manager:

• Ensure your local office runs smoothly by visiting at least once a week to check for mail and forward it if necessary
• Maintain Supplies by ordering and receiving them
• Provide administrative support to the Santa Rosa office to keep the office running smoothly.
• Updating signage; ordering, receiving & organizing supplies; meeting vendors; supporting blood drives and other events on site; assisting with special projects

Time Commitment:

• At least 2 hours per week
• Must have availability during business hours (Monday-Friday between 9-5)
• 6 Month Commitment

Requirements:

• Comfortable going to an office once per week
• Must be 18+
• Willing to open mail that may contain donations
