Job Description
Busy law office seeks a Part-Time Administrative Assistant for afternoon/evening in-office hours . This position will be responsible for assisting various departments with specific projects that involve checking case status, monitoring deadlines, conducting follow up emails and phone calls, and performing accurate data entry in a timely manner.
Ideal candidates should demonstrate excellent phone skills, pay close attention to detail, be well-organized and have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Outlook. Looking for a team player who is an excellent communicator, reliable, and is willing to learn. Must be able to work afternoons and evenings in the office . Must be authorized to work in the USA.
