Job Description

Project Manager – Little House Studio

Location: LA, Texas, Florida, Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

About Little House Studio

At Little House Studio , we create high-impact design and creative solutions for clients who value exceptional work and a seamless process. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish. We partner with brands to bring ideas to life—on time, on brand, and beyond expectations.

We’re looking for a Project Manager who is detail-obsessed, highly organized, and client-focused—someone who can keep multiple creative projects moving, communicate clearly and often, and make sure our clients always feel supported and wowed.

The Role

As Project Manager , you’ll be the hub of our project wheel—managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables for multiple clients at once. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Studio Manager to plan resources, collaborate with multiple designers throughout the lifecycle of each project, and ensure every deliverable is polished, proofed, and client-ready.

This is a high-touch, customer-facing role where communication and organization are just as important as creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

  • Oversee multiple client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, task schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and proactively resolve them.

Team & Resource Coordination

  • Partner with the Studio Manager to assign the right talent to each project.
  • Collaborate closely with multiple designers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they have clear direction, timely feedback, and the resources they need.
  • Keep project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello) updated with accurate timelines, deliverables, and status notes.

Client Communication

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients.
  • Provide proactive updates, manage expectations, and ensure clients feel informed and supported at every stage.
  • Conduct regular project status check-ins and document progress.

Quality Control

  • Run thorough quality assurance checks and proof all deliverables before they go to the client.
  • Ensure all work aligns with brand standards, is error-free, and is ready for presentation or delivery.

Process & Documentation

  • Maintain organized project files, documentation, and communications.
  • Create status reports for internal and client use.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience in a creative, design, or marketing agency environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with proven success managing multiple projects at once.
  • Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Experience collaborating directly with designers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and G Suite.
  • High attention to detail, including excellent proofreading skills.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality, high-touch experiences.

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in design, creative production, or marketing environments.
  • Familiarity with print and digital production processes.
  • Comfort giving creative feedback and guiding revisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Someone who loves to over-communicate—clear, concise, and frequent updates are your superpower.
  • A calm, resourceful presence who can juggle priorities without dropping the ball.
  • A collaborator who enjoys supporting both clients and creative teams.

Why You’ll Love Working at Little House Studio

  • Collaborate with a talented creative team on exciting, high-profile projects.
  • Work in a supportive, growth-minded studio environment.
  • Opportunities to shape process and client experience.
  • Flexible vacation days, performance bonuses, profit sharing pool!

Details

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
  • Benefits: Paid time off,
  • Supplemental pay: Bonus opportunities
  • Work Location: Remote
