Job Description

An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support within a K-12 school setting located in Corona, CA. This full-time, contract position is designed to cover a maternity leave from August through December, aligning with the 2025-2026 school year.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver behavioral assessments and interventions tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized behavior plans.
• Monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on student progress and data.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and student outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings to contribute to a holistic approach to student success.

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA license is required.
• Experience working with K-12 student populations in school environments preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to work onsite full-time, Monday through Friday, 30-35 hours per week.

Location and Schedule:

• Position based onsite in Corona, CA.
• Full-time hours Monday through Friday, 30-35 hours weekly.
• Contract duration from August to December, covering a maternity leave.
