Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate School Social Worker for the 2025–2026 school year. We’re offering full-time and part-time opportunities, all in-person, with positions available across elementary school sites.
Founded by women and therapists, our company began in Washington and is now proud to be local to Illinois. At Ampersand Therapy, we’re on a mission to reimagine the school-based experience—putting professionals first, building community, and staying grounded in values that matter. Position Details
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: In-person (Illinois)
Start Date: August 2025
Assignment: Elementary school, single-building roles
