Position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition and partners with the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve recruitment objectives. The successful individual in this role will spearhead the identification, engagement, and nurturing of top-tier talent for Rosendin. This role will have ownership of search planning, proactive outreach, initial candidate assessment, and ensuring the continued flow of high-quality candidates, as well as creating a strong talent pipeline. Responsible for name generation, talent mapping, and screening for target positions within our company. Creatively and proactively sources passive candidates to meet current and future organizational needs, utilizing in-depth knowledge of the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Develop and execute a search plan to identify qualified candidates

  • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across regions to deeply understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent needs to ensure sourcing efforts are targeted and effective

  • Advanced competency in prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, web-scraping, and candidate management

  • Candidate Sourcing - leads effective sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and nurture passive technical or corporate talent for mission-critical priority roles

  • Engage passive candidates using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals, and campaigns

  • Provide regular pipeline updates to the recruitment team

  • Track and report recruiting metrics, ensuring clear visibility into pipeline health, submittals, pass-through, and performance

  • Initiates contact by cold calling, texting, emailing, etc., with possibly qualified candidates for specific aligned region

  • Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting pipelines to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Proactive Web mining and outreach to passive candidates

  • Generate candidate pipelines via online and offline networking

  • Build solid relationships with the Talent Acquisition team and serve as a partner before and during the recruitment process

  • Be proactive in networking and "deep diving" into passive candidate networks throughout various markets

  • Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors

  • Serves as an Ambassador of the company. Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance our market presence.

  • Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting

WHAT YOU BRING TO US
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline is preferred

  • Minimum 5 years' sourcing, talent acquisition, or recruiting experience

  • Experience with ATS database navigation and mining; (Workday Preferred)

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence candidates

  • Clear and effective communication with candidates to identify top performers and understand motivation, drivers, deliverability, and fit within the organization.

  • Experience managing various funnels and levels of candidates and keeping track of their progress throughout the recruitment process.

  • Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Strong active and passive candidate sourcing skills

  • High level of discretion and interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential personnel matters and documentation

  • Strong organizational, record-keeping and follow-up skills

  • Attention to detail is necessary; strong analytical skills favored

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Oracle a plus

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks, changing priorities as necessary

  • Work under pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude

  • Oral and written communication skills as required for the position

  • Self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player

  • Interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others

Pay Range

$105,200.00-$138,100.00 Annual

The pay range for this role is what we expect to pay for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this job description. Candidate's pay can vary based on location, job-related experience, skills, and education.
