Coined the “Studio Coordinator”, this role is part project management, part client success, and part operations. Fully remote (with travel & in-person opportunities). Atlanta or Denver-based.
Unmaker is a small-but-mighty branding studio shaking things up in real estate and beyond. We’re looking for a Studio Coordinator to help us keep the order amongst our growth. This role is part project manager, part client wrangler, part operations — basically, the glue that holds our little world together.
You’ll be the point person for making sure our creative projects make it out the door on time, looking good, and ready to impress. You’ll talk to clients, manage the creative team’s schedule, and keep all our systems humming. You’ll put together proposals and keep an eye out for new business. This job is for someone who loves organization but isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
This role has a budgeted salary range of $70-75k annually.
What you’ll do:
• Build and improve our operating procedures
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and scheduling for brand and creative projects
• Communicate directly with clients (asset wrangling, deadline updates, you name it)
• Schedule our internal design team and keep projects flowing
• Create quotes and proposals like a pro
• Coordinate with our accounting team to manage billing
• Maintain and build out our project management systems (Asana, Google Drive, etc.)
• Manage print production and shipping
• Respond to inbound client inquiries and coordinate client meetings with the Creative Director
• Keep Unmaker’s internal projects on track
• Handle design and asset requests from our parent company
What you bring:
• Familiarity with the multifamily marketing world, agency world, or maybe even both
• Experience managing creative projects and timelines
• Comfort with email management, Asana or Monday.com, Google Sheets, and client comms
• Confident running calls, taking notes, and owning schedules
• Canva skills (Bonus points if you know your way around adobe suite)
• A knack for organization and efficiency
What we offer:
• Flexible hours — we care about output, not timecards
• Fully remote work (but occasional in-person travel for fun/work stuff)
• Stipends for your gym membership, phone, and Wi-Fi
• MacBook with your name on it
• Free health, dental & vision insurance
• 401(k) with match
• PTO, paid holidays, and generous leave for new parent
