We deal with complex tax situations, and we are experts in international tax law. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to expand their knowledge and grow to become a tax accountant. Responsibilities: Be the Client Service Representative for assigned clients. Assist the Tax Preparer on sending and requesting tax documents. Manage the progress of each tax project. Send clients their tax Organizer, Engagement Agreement and other forms. Assist the clients with reviewing and signing their tax return, making tax payments and setting up IRS accounts. Fill documents with the Secretary of State. Assist the Tax Preparer with data entry on tax returns. Prepare annual financial statements for clients. Assist Tax Preparer on Tax Resolution Projects. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field is a plus. Preferably have previous experience working in any public accounting firm. Be fluent in Spanish and English Be client service oriented. Have the desire to develop a career as a tax accountant. Have excellent organization skills with attention to detail. Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Be able to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. This is a great position for someone who is interested in learning taxation and ready to take your career to the next level. Details & Compensation: This is a full-time position in our San Diego Office. Pay range between $42,000 USD and $48,00 USD depending on experience and skills. 2 weeks of paid time off each year. 401K retirement account, with company matching up 4% Located on a building in San Diego with state of art gym, site cafeteria, convenient highway access and plenty of parking.
