Job Description

Title - Telecom Project Coordinator

Location - Remote (EST/PST)

Type - 12 months Contract (possibility of FTE conversion)

Pay range - $25-30/hr

• Manage Inbound Requests & Compliance : Review and analyze hundreds of daily requests from pole owners for cable moves and shared infrastructure, ensuring compliance with NESC and coordinating with relevant parties.
• Vendor & Project Management Support : Coordinate with telecom construction vendors to schedule, track progress, and ensure timely completion of projects, while monitoring costs and processing payments.
• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination : Participate in daily meetings and provide updates to internal teams, vendors, and pole owners, ensuring alignment and timely resolution of any issues.

• 3+ years of experience in telecom, particularly with joint use agreements, pole infrastructure, and NESC compliance.
• Project & Vendor Management: Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, coordinate project schedules, and track progress to ensure timely completion.
• Telecom construction vendor experience
• Familiar with electrical codes, recognize pole types, etc.

• Experience in joint use space: dealing with pole owners and different systems
• Industry related systems: NJUNS , SPANNS, and Alden one
• Great attitude, not afraid to ask questions and rely on their peers. This is a VERY communicative team
