Will consider 1–1.5 years only if from a high-risk/high-census L&D unit. Must be able to work independently on nights.\n\nFloat: Yes, based on unit needs. Travelers may float across Providence Health System facilities: Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, St. Vincent.\n\nSeaside float incentive: +$5/hr + IRS mileage; hotel offered for consecutive shifts.\n\nCall: Yes — 1 low-census shift per pay period.\nWeekends: Every other or every third.\nBlock scheduling: Unknown.\nRatios: 1:1 labor; 1:3 postpartum.\n\nSpecial Notes:\n\nMust have a vehicle.\n\n48-hour schedules not approved.\n\nCommon for travelers to float to units matching their skill set.\n\nHospital Details:\n\nType: Short-Term Acute Care\n\nBeds: 109\n\nScrubs: Any color (OR/Critical Care/ED/Maternal Child provided)\n\nEMR: Epic\n\nParking: Free\n\nShift: Nights, 19:00–07:00 (3×12s)
