Unarmed and Armed security officers for multifamily (apartments) site in Houston, TX. You must have a reliable vehicle and, smart phone to work this post. You must have a working vehicle in good condition to work at this post.
- Unarmed Security Officer position pays: $14 Hourly.
- Armed Security Officer Position Pays: $16 Hourly.

Responsibilities:
- Perform access controls at gates.
- Active foot patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a presence.
- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people on the property.
- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations.
- Provide assistance to people in need.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Displaying security guard core values.
Requirements:
- Level II Uncommssioned Texas Security Certification isrequired or registered as a Security Guard in Texas DPS.
- Level III Commissioned License is required.
- Previous experience in Security highly preferred
- Strong customer service
- Tech-savvy with experience in electronic report writing.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills
- Must have a working smart phone.
